At PHCCI, we are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for our members, employees, and visitors. We aim to follow all the health and safety protocols and that all these standards are implemented in all PHCCI branches and satellite offices.
For safety, we have been manually collecting contact details from members coming to branches and satellite offices for contact tracing purposes in case of health concerns due to COVD-19. We admit that the process is time-consuming and sometimes inconvenient, so starting October 16, 2020 PHCCI will be implementing a contactless collection of information from members coming to PHCCI.
How do we keep you safe and convenient?
Each member will be issued a QR Code unique to them. The QR code contains the member’s contact information. A member visiting a branch and satellite office will only have to scan his/her QR code in ports provided making the collection of contact information contactless, swift, and easy. No more long lines and filling up forms.
How do you get the QR code?
For the initial implementation, we have personnel stationed (on a limited period) at receiving areas to assist you to get your QR Codes. You can ask for your QR code during your visit to a PHCCI branch or satellite office. You have the option for a paper printed QR code or take a picture of it with your smartphone.
Or, members with smartphones can download or take a screenshot of their QR codes via www.phcci.coop then select “Loan Application,” enter verification details and click Personal QR Code.”
Note: The printed QR codes issued by the branch and satellite offices are printed in an adhesive paper that you can stick to your passbook or any valid ID.
I want to transact business in the branch/satellite office but I forgot my QR Code?
You can still get inside a PHCCI branch or satellite office to transact even if you forgot your QR Code. However, you will go through the manual collection of contact information. For your convenience and easy access, we strongly suggest that you always bring your QR code every time you visit a PHCCI branch or satellite office.
Can I share my QR code or let someone use my QR code?
Your QR code is primarily intended for contact tracing in case of health concerns due to COVID-19, so please don’t share it or let someone use it. As already mentioned above, each member has a QR code unique to them.
I lost/damaged my QR code.
In case of a lost or damaged QR Code, you can still get inside a PHCCI branch or satellite office to transact. However, you have to go through the manual collection of contact information. Once inside, you can request a new printout of your QR code. You can also download or take a screenshot of your QR code via www.phcci.coop, select “Loan Application,” enter your details and click “Personal QR Code.”
I am not a member of PHCCI, can I get inside a PHCCI branch or satellite office?
Yes, you can but you must go through the manual collection of contact information and safety check.
For questions, please call any of our PHCCI branch or satellite offices near you.
