PHCCI Receives Old Currency Collection
A GIFT FROM THE PAST FOR OUR FUTURE
PHCCI CEO Cliffordson T. Lariosa graciously received on November 10, the old and commemorative Philippine Peso bill collection of Mr. Gustavo T. Gloria. Mr. Gloria, an active member of PHCCI since August 1987 is a geologist and a collector of historical monetary items. His desire for more fruitful years of serving the community inspired him to donate a part of his collection for the future generation of PHCCI members to see.
Also present during the turnover are COO Joesilo Cua, CMO Rex Rastica, CFO Maria Sashi Patrocinio, CHRO Leslie Vendiola, and Dumaguete Branch Manager Michael Cornelio.
The executive team is delighted to include the collection in the display walls of the cooperative to serve as a reminder to PHCCI Members that our history is valuable to the future. These bills may hold zero monetary face value but the lessons and strong heritage they possess cannot be bought by money.
